ABOUT ME

📱 Ever since I can remember, I've been captivated by the way my grandparents and parents grappled with new mobile phones, wrestling with their features with determination and perseverance. It offered a window into their world, a world where technology served as a bridge between generations.
🎓 During my final year of undergrad in India, I stumbled upon an elective course called 'Usability Testing'. Little did I know, it would ignite a passion within me for enhancing user experiences and creating designs that are not only visually appealing but also accessible to all.
💡 That accidental spark took me across the world to pursue my Master's in Human-Computer Interaction in New York. And what a ride it’s been since. I've danced across the entire UX spectrum; research, strategy, design, testing, stakeholder convincing, and even QA bug-squashing. I’ve designed mobile apps for healthcare, created multimodal research tools powered by AI, and even taught myself how to turn feedback like “make it pop” into actionable design decisions (a true superpower, if you ask me).
👩🏽💻 Whether I’m sketching out product strategy on a whiteboard, running usability tests with nurses, prototyping web apps that reduce clinician burnout, or interviewing qualitative researchers about their workflows, every project has taught me something new about how to make tech not just usable, but joyful.
🌱 Today, I design with one goal: to make technology feel more human. My work lives at the intersection of empathy, strategy, and storytelling - backed by research, infused with intuition, and always grounded in real user needs.
