Owned the 0-1 product strategy for a web-based competency tracking system, digitizing manual workflows for nurses. Conducted research with nurses, project managers, and hospital leadership, identifying critical pain points and user needs. Designed user flows, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma. Collaborated with developers to align UI with backend infrastructure and advocated for usability best practices.

IdeaLab was a 2-day design thinking process, where in we had to design a user-centric solution for client's problems and present a prototype of our design. 
I was responsible for the user experience research, understanding client's requirements, doing a quick literature review and a competitive analysis. 
We then presented this project to our stakeholders, Rochester Regional Health
